Keeping it real…

A struggle: I’ll speak personally as the guide. It can be hard for me to let God work in me when meals need to be prepared, tents set up, and campsites found. I also want to slow down and let the Lord have my heart every day..

An invitation: This opportunity to seek Jesus in the wilderness is precious. Don’t miss the opportunity to meet with the Lord alone in the wilderness. Take the time, slow down, and settle in. He is here and His nearness is profound.

A hope: These are beautiful moments when people quiet down, listen to and rest in Christ, and reflect on life. God can work anywhere, yet the raw, majestic beauty of the wilderness can be a place of focused surrender to God.
